Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

Order confirmation: You will receive another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic U.S. orders.

International shipping: We currently do not support international shipping. Our services are available exclusively within the United States.


3. Shipping Methods

We use reliable carriers such as UPS and USPS to ensure secure and timely deliveries. During checkout, you may see available shipping options based on your location.


4. Shipping Address

Accuracy: Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete before submitting your order. Dwelker is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in that email or visit the “Track My Order” section on dwelker.store.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at +1 (415) 932-6841 or email us at [email protected]. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately with clear photos of the packaging and product. We will work with you to find a solution.


7. Delivery Issues

If your order is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or household members first. If it still cannot be located, contact your local postal carrier or reach out to us for help.


8. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship internationally. If your address falls in a restricted area, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
